Payment is accepted via credit card, paypal or direct deposit. Direct deposit bank details are included on all invoices that are emailed out and if purchasing directly via the website, payment can be made via credit card or paypal.

Most items are made to order. Please allow up to one week for these items to be made and shipped. Some items are ready to ship. The status of items will be listed in the specific description of each product.
Shipping time within Australia may take up to 10 business days. Items are made in and posted from Western Australia and in busy periods may take up to ten days to reach other parts of the country. Generally it is within 7 days. 

Items are posted via regular post and do not come with a tracking number. We cannot take responsibility for your purchases after we post them however we have never had a parcel lost in transit. If you would like tracked postage, this will automatically be express post. Please add express post to your basket.  

If purchasing products from outside Australia, please contact me for shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for any customs charges which may arise at the destination. In the event you live somewhere which imposes charges based on the value of the goods sent, please send me an email so that we can establish the best way to avoid significant customs charges.

Purchasing the correct size is the responsibility of the buyer. In the event the products you purchase are not the correct size, an exchange may be possible if your item can be resold. Postage for the return and the resending of items is the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges will be offered if goods are found to be faulty or not fitting the description provided.
